What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity training system that develops strength, endurance and athletic performance at the same time. It is built on fundamental movement patterns used in daily life, such as pushing, pulling, lifting, running and jumping, to improve real-world function.

How Classes Work

  1. Warm-up

    Mobility, activation and injury-prevention preparation

  2. Technique / Skill Work

    Learning and improving movement quality with correct form

  3. WOD (Workout of the Day)

    The main session where you test your performance

  4. Cooldown & Stretching

    Recovery support, flexibility and lower injury risk

What Is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a resistance-based training system that develops core strength, balance, mobility and posture together. At our Oran branch, it is positioned as a focused complement to CrossFit training.

How Classes Work

Sessions are structured by level and progress in a controlled format:

  1. Preparation & Activation

    Breathing patterns, core stability and joint preparation

  2. Main Reformer Series

    Controlled sets focused on core, hip and posterior chain strength

  3. Mobility & Finish

    Stretching, balance and recovery-focused finish
