STRENGTH

Back squat: 60%x 10 reps, 70%x 8 reps, 75%x 8 reps, 80%x 8 reps.

10 rounds (30 minutes) – EMOM, perform:

Minute 1 = 150 m row (125 for women)
Minute 2 = 10 Thrusters ( 30 – 20 )
Minute 3 = 10  Burpee over the bar
